This wonderful renovated apartment, located in a historic building in the Ensanche de Valencia, Spain that dates back to the 20th century, is a faithful witness of one of the best periods of Valencian architecture. A spectacular exterior, where every detail is an important part of a whole, is the first thing that draws the eye in this project.
The renovation was made by DOT PARTNERS Architecture Firm in 2016.
Inside, the old stairs have many stories to tell as they take us up to the apartment where, upon arrival, we realize that they seem to belong to different eras. The reform managed to create a totally modern and simple space, but with an elegance that stands out in each of the rooms.
The beautiful wooden floors contrast with the white of the walls. The large windows, covered by elegant white vertical blinds that allow the passage of light to the interior, give a diaphanous appearance to the living room, that only has a modern chaise lounge sofa upholstered in gray, in combination with a small and modern coffee table.
The kitchen and dining room share a small space, separated from the living room by a small wall. There, a modern white kitchen contrasts with the dark wood dining table and caramel colored leather chairs.
A simple bedroom completely decorated in white is accompanied by a bathroom that stands out and draws attention to itself thanks to its dark green color.
