This house, located by the sea, was designed for a retired couple that decided to begin a new life after having raised their children.n It was designed by Agence anArchitecte in Kerénoc, Pleumeur-Bodou, France in the year 2014.
It covers an area of 145 m2 distributed on a single story, since that was the wish of its owners, from where we can see the landscape through the glass walls without being seen.
The house, built on a small hill, is perfectly integrated with the surrounding environment. Its gardens are decorated with stones, plants, and trees that give shade and at the same time serve to create a discreet veil that blocks the view from the outside, guarding the privacy of the home.
In the interior, the light that flows through the windows fills the atmosphere, giving it a bright and luminous appearance.
The living room furniture, based mostly on natural and black wood, completes the atmosphere.
The minimalist kitchen in black and white, presents us with a comfortable and bright space to create and share in the company of loved ones.
In the more private area of the home, the bedrooms maintain the same style in their furnishings, where natural wood continues to be the protagonist.
In the evenings, the artificial light of the lamps flows outwards, creating a spectacular panorama from the outside.
