This house has a unique modern external structure which is made with pallets, and it is located in a neighborhood in which traditional buildings are still preserved, which drives it to stand out among the rest due to its non-traditional design.

It was designed by the architectural firm Meridian 105 Architecture, and the development was carried out by its architects Chad Mitchell and Daniel Lipscomb in the year 2017. It has an area of 2637 square feet and it is located on Meade Street, in the Sloan’s Lake neighborhood of Denver, Colorado, USA.

In its interior we find a modern and elegant décor in each of its spaces, beginning with the beautiful floors of fine wood in combination with the white walls, and passing through the fine decoration done in black and white – minimalist and elegant.
