This remodeling was done by the architectural firm TSEH Architectural Group in 2017 and was left in the charge of the architects Denis Zadniprovskyi, Anastasiya Cherevishnaya, Iurii larionov, and Kaplia Antonina.

The house is located in a suburban area near Kiev, Ukraine and covers of an area of 141 square meters of construction.

The house, spacious and open, joins the three main rooms, living-dining-kitchen, in the same space in a harmonious way, and allows simplicity and good taste to mark the existing decoration.

The living room, comfortable and cozy, is filled with natural light thanks to the sunlight that enters through the skylights above, which help make it a very luminous space. It also has a TV area and a fireplace, a perfect combination for those cold days where sitting in front of the fireplace, in company of family or friends, is one of the best options we have to enjoy the indoors.

The kitchen-dining room has modern furnishings in pastel tones in combination with yellow, which helps to give it a warm feeling.

In the bedroom and in the bathroom, the same range of colors is maintained as in the social areas – gray in different shades that give the spaces a touch of sobriety and elegance.
