Personally, I love lofts, and this one is full of those special details that make us fall in love with an interior. Located in the wonderful city of Los Angeles, California, United States, this loft covers an area of 2,000 square feet, and was designed by the architectural firm Marmol Radziner in the year 2016.

During its remodeling, the existing walls for two small bedrooms were torn down in order to create a spacious master suite with a sitting room area included. The kitchen, toilette, and bathroom areas were also renovated.

In the living-dining-kitchen area, the spaces were subtly delineated by placing overlay floors and creating different levels. In this way, we can see how the living room is higher than the rest of the rooms, leaving the floor at the same level as the windows. Behind this was placed a wall with a bespoke shelf with three blocks that rotate 90 degrees. When the shelf is open, it allows natural light to enter through the living room windows and to reach the master suite.

The modern and minimalist kitchen made in black and white fits perfectly into the space.

A palette of shades of gray predominates in the warm atmosphere and is complemented by the floor. The result is a comfortable, simple, and sophisticated home.
