This modern residence, an example of design in a very tropical climate country, is located in a residential area of Khet Suan Luang, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon (Bangkok), Thailand. It was designed by the architectural firm Julsamano Bhongsatiern in the year 2017 and covers a ground area of 1100 square meters.

The process to build a modern architecture in this particular area had to deal not only with from, not just focus on creating a less-is-more, clean and clear, box-like building but also, for its longevity, building needed to focus on providing some shading devices as well as a roof for the rain.

It consists of an open plan on two levels, including a dining area which itself has a double level, three bedrooms, and a cinema, among others.

The facade is about 40 meters long and faces the main street. In order to deal with the tropical climate aspect of the area of construction, the main surface of the house is slightly angled to create shade from the sun rather than relying only on the flat surface that faces the sun. Aluminum windows also do their part of the job, allowing natural light to enter the house, which was a wonderfully thought out option, as it makes it looks large and bright.

Its wonderful interior is the result of excellent design work.
