This marvelous and relaxing oceanfront home is located in Falmouth, a quaint little village located in Barnstable County in the state of Massachusetts in the USA. It has an area of 8235.0 ft2 and was designed in 2012 by architecture firm Leroy Street Studio with the help of its architects Marc Turkel, Morgan Hare, Shawn Watts, Carl Smith and Katice Helsinki.

It embodies the client’s desire to have a contemporary home. Their style adapted to their desires to have a distinctive home. The house has beautiful and well-kept gardens that surround it and give it freshness. Visitors cross this garden on a new walkway that extends from the parking lot to the main entrance of the house.

In its ample gardens, we can find furnished terraces and conditioned for the enjoyment in the company of family. From its contemporary interior, we can see the sea accompanied by its picturesque white sailboats thanks to its multiple glass walls that allow us to maintain contact with the outside. Otherwise, we would lose sight of this privileged location. Its magnificent wooden floors give it an unusual warmth.
