Conrad | Asturi Studios Design a Spacious Contemporary Home in Pebble Beach Resorts, California
By Magaly • May 3, 2017
Located in the exclusive area of Pebble Beach Resorts, between Monterey and Carmel in California, USA, this spectacular building consists of four rooms and covers an area of 4,176 square feet. It was designed by Conrad Sánchez and Edan Asturi of Conrad | Asturi Studios.
In this magnificent construction, we can see the continuous use of concrete, from the terraces and fire pits to the facade and interiors.
Its wonderful terraces, from where we can enjoy the spectacular views while comfortably seated in the warmth of a fireplace, are one of its greatest attractions.
From there, we can access inside the home, where the modern, spacious, and bright interiors do not cease to amaze us. In the living room, elegant and functional, each of the spaces coexist in perfect harmony.

Stairs with transparent glass railings take us to the next level to show us bedrooms decorated with an exquisite taste for design.

With beautiful wooden floors and fluffy beds, the comfortable bedrooms invite us to relax

Its modern bathrooms – with wooden floors and walls, and with white fittings and bathtubs – invite us to a perfect moment of peace.

From beginning to end, passing through each of its spaces, we find in each of them a touch of elegance and good taste that makes each moment pleasant.
