Spectacular Penthouse Located in Vienna, Austria Designed by FADD Architects
By Magaly • Jun 8, 2017
This penthouse has the extraordinary privilege of being located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Vienna, the capital of Austria. Its renovation was undertaken by architectural firm FADD Architects in 2015. Thanks to their work, they managed to convert the large space into three apartments of 190, 170, and 90 meters squared, as well as two comfortable and furnished terraces with a pool for the residents.

In its interior, they combined a classical style with a more modern one, thus achieving a space full of luxury and elegance.
A minimalist décor creates a comfortable space, oozing with warmth and welcoming new visitors. Its white walls, together with the great amount of natural light that flows in, gives it a happy and open sensation.
The modern fireplace offers a great amount of heat and a homey feeling that we often find with such styles of decoration. The large windows located on each of the spaces allows them to be well ventilated and ensures the light reaches all corners of the residence.

The large and comfortable bedrooms have modern bathrooms accompanying them, separated only by a thin wall of glass that gives but a touch of elegance to both spaces, which are decorated with wonderful taste.
