This house is perfect for lovers of the sea and the outdoors. The home is located on the top of a mountain, and such a situation allows us to enjoy wonderful views of the sea and surrounding forests from its terrace. Beautiful sea views, and a comfortable terrace from which to enjoy them… What more can we ask for?

This home was built in West Vancouver, Canada in 2015 by Mcleod Bovell Modern Houses.

Its terrace, with light wooden floors and comfortable furniture, also offers a swimming pool where we can cool off on the days of intense sun.

But let’s go inside – I know it is difficult to leave the terrace area and all the wonders it offers, but I promise that inside there is even more to see.

We are greeted by a living room with beautiful walls and rustic wooden floors with elegant black furniture.

In the second room, in lighter tones, we find two light gray sofas resting against a concrete wall. Modern art frames add touches of color to the walls, and a floor lamp in the same style serves as an additional source of light. A really cool lounge, isn’t it?

The kitchen, in a minimalist style and in black and white colors, has wonderful views of the sea… Who could blame anybody if they got distracted by the sights and accidentally burned whatever they were cooking? This would surely happen to me!

In the bedroom, modern and white, the wonderful views keep us company through the glass walls.

Is there anything more romantic than enjoying a beautiful sunset? What about being able to do it daily? I could not ask for more!
