This marvelous villa—which rises majestically from the hills of Lugano, the Swiss-Italian city, boasting incredible views from the Lugano Lake to the mountains of Capriasca, in Switzerland—was designed by the architectural firm Attilio Panzeri & Partners in 2013 and has a total area of 412 meters squared.
With spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and lake, this grand building is characterized, both in its exterior as well as its interior, by its use of dark-toned wood.
Its spacious terrain filled with flourishing grass harbors a gargantuan pool with exterior furniture, from which the occupants can relax and grasp the edges of beauty emanating from the formidable mountains.
From its high terrace, we obtain a complete view of the landscape—provided the fog that commonly occupies the region permits it.

Once inside, we can see that the modern kitchen makes clear use of the stainless steel, with a general touch of good taste.
In all the spaces of the villa, we can see the extensive use of walls and doors made of glass, in such a way that we can enjoy the beautiful views from all the areas of the house.
As was done with the exterior, in the interior we can see the mixed use of natural wood and dark wood in each of the home’s areas.
