The Grove Design Hotel, a stylish hotel located in Tbilisi, Georgia, was designed by the Laboratory of Architecture #3, an architectural firm also based in the Georgian capital. Completed in 2017, the hotel covers a total ground area of 2,500 square meters. The hotel building stands out from its surroundings, due to the materials used for its construction, as well as for its height and architectural style, making it the center of attention. It stands on the verge between a neighboring group of high office buildings and lower historical housing units, creating a bridge between these two worlds with its architectural model.

The interior is sleek and sophisticated, with floors of polished concrete and steel pieces that reflect the light from the minimalist fixtures that dot the ceiling. The furnishings are modern and almost sculptural in quality, defining the personality and character of the interior in a stylish and artistic way. No two rooms are exactly the same, creating a sense of individuality for each space within the cohesion that characterizes the interior of the building as a whole.
