Collector’s House by Andersson Wise

Austin-based architecture and design studio Andersson Wise has completed the Collector’ House project.

“This project was an extensive renovation of an existing residence built in the late 1980’s on a wooded site in west Austin, Texas, USA.

The living room, dining rooms, and master suite were redesigned along with the swimming pool and entry deck areas of the exterior.”

Tower House by Andersson Wise

Austin-based architecture and design studio Andersson Wise has completed the Tower House project in 2008.

“In considering an addition to the original stone lodge at this Lake Travis property in Texas, USA, the notion of a tower was born out of several factors: taking advantage of views, minimizing the footprint on the site, and accommodating the rising flood plain elevation.”

Stone Creek Camp by Andersson Wise

Austin-based architecture and design studio Andersson Wise has completed the Stone Creek Camp project in 2008.

Built in in Bigfork, Montana, Stone Creek Camp is situated on the flanks of a long hill, leading visitors into a gradual discovery of the site.

Two gatehouse buildings announce claim to the property; a pebble and earth path leads down the hill to the master house, lodge, and guest house.
