Howie’s HomeStay is “an exclusive sanctuary of complete serenity” located in Chieng Mai, Thailand.
Designed by Bensley Architects and neighboring the world-famous Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai, this resort residence is a striking collection of seven residential pavilions tucked away among four acres of verdant tropical gardens, rippling streams and water gardens.
The property is comprised of seven main structures including living, dining, master bedroom suite, studio and three private guest pavilions, as well as three additional salas.

Built on a brownfield of a former industrial site, Houtan Park is a regenerative living landscape on Shanghai’s Huangpu riverfront in China.
Designed by Beijing-based practice Turenscape, the park was completed in 2010 for the Shanghai World Expo to accommodate for a large number of visitors during the event’s running time and then remain as a permanent waterfront park by the huangpu river.
Located near near the village of Mevagissey in Cornwall, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, are one of one of Cornwall’s must-visit gardens.
Originally owned by the Tremayne family for over 400 years, the gardens fell into a state of neglect after the first World War when many of the gardeners sadly lost their lives.
It wasn’t until 1990 that the derelict gardens were discovered by Tim Smit (who went on to create Cornwall’s Eden Project) and John Willis, who was a descendant of the Tremayne family.
Since 2004, Swedish company Vertical Garden Design, has focused on the design aspect of vertical gardens to offer projects that stand out from the average range.
Created by Michael Hellgrzen, a Swedish architect, the company involves a continuous effort to increase the knowledge about suitable plants in order to create gardens for a wide range of locations and climates.
