Located in a modernist Richard Meier tower in the Far West Village in New York City, this bright and spacious loft was recently completely renovated by New York City-based architectural firm Shelton, Mindel & Associates Architecture.
According to Architectural Digest, this apartment was designed for a San Francisco family for their New York “pied-à-terre”!

New York City-based archtectural firm WORKac has recently completed this 6,000 square foot loft apartment in the Big Apple.
Designed for a family of four that “loves to entertain”, this “inverse triplex” is the result of four years of collaboration between the architects and the owners to create a unique space for urban living.

Architectural interiors firm Beauparlant Design has recently completed the Riverdale Loft, a remodeling project in Toronto, Canada.
The loft is located in a former printing press factory that has been entirely converted into lofts many years ago.

New-York based firm Rodriguez Studio Architecture P.C. has sent us photos of the W/G loft project.
Located on the 23rd Street in the Flatiron District, a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Manhattan, this 3,200 square foot apartment was designed for a young professional couple.
The project was a gut renovation with the addition of an exterior terrace.

Fearon Hay Architects from New Zealand have completed a renovation on a 5,900 square foot apartment located in Tribeca, a neighborhood in Lower Manhattan, New York, USA.
The Tribeca Loft has a panoramic view, 3.6 meters high, and is entirely designed in a minimalist style made of wood and steel.
According to the architect, “the original volume was converted into a residence with the insertion of glazed volumes and associated enclosed service rooms.
