Designed by Piero Manara & Debla Manara-Berger of Casamanara in direct collaboration with the owner, this unique property makes for epic, collector-quality real estate.
The discreet elevator opens to a gracious wood-paneled entry leading to the expansive 65 x 40 foot living room featuring up-lit original cast-iron columns and ceilings that soar from 16 feet up to 22 feet under the light-infusing skylights. Massive windows facing south and west add even more light and create the perfect picture frame of the new Freedom Tower. A cavernous wood-burning fireplace is finished with polished Eramosa marble with a honed Cohare marble hearth.
