Completed in August 2013, this 4,000 square foot single family residence is located in Alamo Heights, an affluent neighborhood in the midtown of San Antonio, Texas, USA.

Collector’s Loft in San Antonio by Poteet Architects

Designed by Poteet Architects for an art collector, this 19,200 square-foot loft occupies the top two floors and roof of a 1920s factory in downtown San Antonio, Texas.

This loft was featured as one of the 100 best spaces published in Metropolitan Home magazine over its 30 year history.

Shipping Container Guest House by Jim Poteet

Texas architect Jim Poteet had never worked with a container himself until Stacey Hill approached him about transforming one into a playhouse and a guest house.

Located in the San Antonio artists community, the house, made from a standard 40-foot shipping container (320 sq ft), stands in the backyard of renovated warehouse where the client lives.
