This beautiful cabin, located in the mountains of West Virginia, in the United States, was built with absolutely breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The daunting, towering mountains nearby, coupled with the sweet sound of water racing down the river, is definitely one of the most attractive features of the area.

The project was undertaken by the architectural firm GriD Architects, and its design—inspired by the desires of the client—was based around a simple home in which the environment could freely express itself and be ever-so-present. This is why the cabin sports large glass walls—in this way, they can ensure that the natural light and fervent green color of the outside world seeps into the home thoroughly.

Its beautiful wooden exterior creates a harmonious place to be and seamlessly integrates the exterior with the interior. The cabin sports terraces from where people can enjoy the landscape and watch as the sun sets beyond the horizon.

Its interior, simple and yet very welcoming, excludes unnecessary luxuries, since the most luxurious experience we can go through here is the view of the landscape, the sunrise and sunset, or the chirping of the birds as they soar through the skies. These are more than enough to make this cabin a truly unique place to be.
