This particular apartment is located in El Ensanche de Barcelona District, Barcelona, Spain, and has been remodeled by the architecture firm Architecture-G. It consists of 120 square meters and its remodeling was finished in 2015.

The floor was almost completely covered with a thick carpet, the only exceptions being the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area. A resistant material was used in the floor for these areas, each one distinguishable by a different color.

In a space dominated by the color white, its floors stand out and become a prominent element in the décor.

In the living room, cushions were placed over a pre-built base in such a way that the result resembles a sofa. The atmosphere has a simplistic style, linear and without many decorative objects added.

The curved ceiling, made of brick, was painted white and seems to fuse with the walls.

We’ll find the same design used in the living room in the bedroom. Here, we find the mattress placed on a base constructed in the floor and covered in carpet.
