The architectural firm Cristián Axl Valdés, located in Molco, Villarrica, Region IX, Chile, was responsible for carrying out this project, which covers an area of 120 square meters, in the year 2016.

The house is located in a plot of land with wonderful surroundings. It has views of the volcano, and the lake can be seen in the distance, which makes it a privileged place.

Do you want to know what the most striking feature of this structure is? Its large ceiling is what most catches the eye when the home viewed from a distance. Beneath it, glass walls allow both the light and the exterior landscape to integrate perfectly with the interior.

Inside is an elongated space of beautiful floors and ceilings in wood, where its most attractive feature are the views that we can enjoy and share with family while sitting in the comfort of home.

The large kitchen, with plenty of storage space, is accompanied only by a small wooden dining room with black chairs, done in a contemporary style.

The fireplace gives us warmth on those cold days where the view of the snow-capped volcano looks simply spectacular and, it is at that moment when we most appreciate the advantages of its location.
