Completed in January 2010, this 2,800 square foot two bedroom, two and a half bath home is located in Santa Lucia Preserve, a luxury community in Carmel, with some of the most unique luxury real estate in California.

The 3,070 square-foot house was built by Natural Balance Development and recently honored with a 2011 RAIC Award of Excellence for Green Building.
