San Francisco-based studio Feldman Architecture has sent us photos of the Caterpillar House, the first LEED Platinum Custom Home of the California Central Coast.
Completed in January 2010, this 2,800 square foot two bedroom, two and a half bath home is located in Santa Lucia Preserve, a luxury community in Carmel, with some of the most unique luxury real estate in California.
