Indoor Boulevard is a new project designed by Tal Goldsmith Fish Design Studio and visualized by Oded Cohen.
This 3,230 square foot (300 sqm) apartment is located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Indoor Boulevard by Tal Goldsmith Fish Design studio:
“A 300 square meters apartment in an apartment building planned by Arch. Richard Meier, on Rothschild Boulevard, Tel Aviv.
As a reference to the street below, and in order to create a peaceful space while maintaining contact with the city, the long axis of the apartment was chosen to hold a continuous boulevard.
Centering the living room was designed to create paths along the main axis and points of interest – the bookshelves on one side, and the city on the other.
Wooden shutters partitions at both edges of the “boulevard” devide the public spaces from the private ones. By opening the pivot partitions, the boulevard becomes 25 meters long and borders between private and public blur.”
