Peribere Residence is a 6,000 square foot modern concrete home designed by [STRANG] Architecture.
Completed in January 2014 for $2.5 million, it is located on Biscayne Bay, Miami, Florida.
The home is raised above the existing grade to better accommodate the occasional hurricane “storm surge” and also to confront longer-term sea level challenges.
Peribere Residence by [STRANG] Architecture:
“Located on Biscayne Bay, this two story residence commands views of the downtown Miami skyline and Port Miami. Brazilian ipe wood was used along with aluminum sun louvers to stand up to the harsh reality of the Miami climate.
Through a thirty foot opening of sliding glass, a covered terrace and lap pool completes this beautiful site on the bay.”
