Rising above Manhattan and the East River, and overlooking the U.N., The Trump World Tower at United Nations Plaza is one of the most luxurious residential towers in the world.
It’s on the 77th floor of the coveted tower that this two bath, two bedroom penthouse crafted by renowned designer Mark Cunningham and architect Michael Gilmore is perched.
The 2,871 square foot apartment features 12 foot ceiling heights, floor-to-ceiling windows and provides breathtaking views of the East River, the Manhattan skyline and beyond.
According to Elliman, “this turn-key home is a perfect reflection of elegance.”
And elegance always comes with a price: $12.95 million!

Too corporate for me…It reminds me of the guy’s condo in American Pyscho (played by Jared Leto).
Apart from the fact most of it is really bad photoshop work and doesn’t actually exist I would pay (if I had it!) $13 million
dollars not to live in such an uncool, souless dinosaurium. Absolutely the most hideous living space I have ever seen and
here’s the rub the type of person who buys it will be the type of person who deserves it. Phew! feel better now. x
