This 100 square meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building in the prestigious Etiler neighborhood, a high-end residential area surrounded by numerous shopping malls and luxury shops in the city of Istanbul, Turkey. In 2017, the local architectural firm escapefromsofa got to work and expressed its exquisite taste in this elegant design.
The 100 square meter apartment is surrounded by a large garden that illuminates and brings a tropical feel to the interior. The entrance, the kitchen, and the living room are designed in an open plan in order to create a wider and brighter atmosphere. Some of the kitchen walls were removed and were replaced by a glass and iron door in order to allow natural light to fill the space.
The master bedroom includes an integrated bathroom and a dressing room. The bright studio has a small kitchenette and access to the garden. All bedrooms have been furnished with custom furniture. A range pastel colors was used, as well as wood textures and marble and fine fabrics. A design has been created that synchronizes perfectly to each of the spaces, maintaining continuity and elegant style.
