Office Space in Former Textile Factory by Julie D’Aubioul:

“Living in an abandoned factory has been originally resolved in a temporary solution. The architect plays with smaller wooden volumes in a big space.

This office is the first volume finished of the project. Here the finishing is high quality and the nice design contrasts with the degraded environment of the factory.

Because the construction will take some time the young couple also made some temporary boxes in the factory space.

There they sleep and live (and stay warm during winter nights). In between is the kitchen-dining area. This results in the temporary use of the full area.”
