Formerly a hat factory, it was astonishingly remodeled by architectural firm Studio Mabb and its professionals Sara Magnone, Riccardo Belinci, and Andrea Baselli in 2017. The bar area, which contains the cellar, was completely covered with ceramic tiles that create an amazing set of reflections and ensure the unmatched beauty of the surfaces.

The walls of the rooms show the old bricks, which date back to the beginning of the year 800, and create an interesting and perfect combination of styles. The lamps hang from the high ceiling and fall on each space creating warm and soft atmospheres that invite to enjoy it sharing with family or friends.

On some walls, you can see a composition of lights, made with a mixture of strings and brass discs, that illuminate the space with an almost theatrical flavor. Trays containing herbs that form a sort of vertical garden also come down from the ceiling, these have been carefully selected and are used by the cook.
