The Apple House by Val de Saône Bâtiment:

“The owners of this house wanted a construction that would be both aesthetic and low-energy.

Hence, the construction company designed the house with the aim of balancing design, respect for the environment and comfort for the inhabitants.

This modern house is organized around a central patio, which shelters an olive tree.

The surface is 203m2 (2,185ft2); it consists of an entrance hall, a large living area with open kitchen, dining and lounge areas ; there are 3 bedrooms for the children, each with its own bathroom.

The parents master suite includes a bedroom, dressing room and bathroom ; its larges framed windows give access to the terrace with the swimming pool.

An office, a large wooden terrace (76 m2 [818 ft2]), a lap pool and a broad car shed complete this construction.

The interior decoration is sleek, modern ; apples are found here and there, inside and outside, as the red thread along the visit.”
